Success is a Habit

Success is a Habit

The most valid commodity on earth is information or knowledge. Unlike many other generations we are having the greatest advantage in this information age or knowledge based economy in which the flow of knowledge is free for a seeker. To some extent you don’t pay for the knowledge.  There are three primary components that create your dream into a reality. Your desire (what you want to do with your life, in other words your purpose in life), your skills (what it takes to do that), and your knowledge (the question of why).

If you know the unlocking numbers of a
padlock, no matter what your age, gender, and race, you can open the lock. It is the same with your life. If you want to unlock your potential you need to know the number with which it is locked. There are three numbers for success: your thoughts, your image and your behavior.  Success is only possible by changing and analyzing your thoughts, vocabulary, your inner image and your behavior.

Earth is only the bottleneck to explore the galaxy. Your mind and your behavior are only the bottleneck to explore your unconscious. Christ is only the door to explore the Godhead. If it takes the same efforts to dream the small dreams, why don’t you dream the big dreams?

One of the most important organs of the human being is not their heart, not their fingers, not their hands, but their mind or brain. When your brain is dead that is when the doctors declare your death. I will go further and say, it is your subconscious or your unconscious mind that is the most powerful part of your life. Where did God hide the treasures on earth? Where is gold found? Where are diamonds found? They are found in the unexpected place, under the dirt. Where can we find the treasures? I may say it is found in the unfulfilled dreams of the human being. If that is the case, when we go to the grave, we find the treasure house, because that is where we find the unfulfilled dreams and unfulfilled successes.

Stop wishing, stop whispering, start doing and start achieving. God has invested power within us to design a thinking through which we will enhance success.  Recently in our house we were not getting any cold air. We called a technician. It took him half day to find out the problem. Everything was working normal from outside. The problem was the heater and the cooler both were working at the same time. The end result was bad air in our home. Sometimes in our life we do the same. The motivation for success and desire for failure work together and are mostly an unconscious work. The subconscious mind controls 95 percent of how our circumstances are manifested and how our beliefs shape our lives. The power of the subconscious is about a million times greater than our conscious mind.

This can be related with an ancient flower and rock analogy. The flower can only give temporary aroma to the rock. The conscious mind can only hold temporary aroma. The rock is like the unconscious mind which is strongest and powerful.  If we want the unconscious rock to be converted into a conscious flower, it needs to have a substance transformation. In other words, through the conscious mind we need to feed positive, re-enforcing aroma.

Remember this; our relationship and behavior has the capacity to transform our habit.  When I was learning about Transactional Analysis, there is something profound called the script.  Life and death are in the power of the tongue. The Word of God is life eternal. Speak life and not death. It is not what goes into the mouth of man that defiles him, but what comes out of him.

Once you're in Christ, failure can't operate; disease is not allowed or permitted to operate in a place where the curse has been reversed. In Christ every curse has been reversed. What God intended for you goes far beyond anything you can imagine. Never lose hope and always hang on to God’s miraculously working hand. Develop your habit for success.

Blessings

Yesterday noon I took out the cycle and headed to search someone two kms away to sell a insurance plan. While riding the cycle I was thinking it would be waste of time and energy in case I can't meet that person. And the outcome though I reached the area, but could not trace his where about. I returned home fruitless while cursing him as his cellphone was switched-off. As a whole I was tired and missed the afternoon sleep. Its true Binu why do I always brood on the alternate path "What if I fail" ?

No one ever told me to think big instead of small, when it takes the same efforts to dream.

Dear Kiran,
Thank you for your comment and sharing your experience. Sometimes the desire for failure and success work together unconsciously. Wish you all the best for having an alternative path. Let that be a path for success.
