Half-way Disciple Luke: 9: 51-62

Half-Way Disciple (Luke 9:51-62)

Dr. Binu Peniel

Have you heard the term “Point of no return” (PNR or PONR). This is a term mostly used in the aircraft world. This is a point beyond which one must continue on one’s current course of action because turning back is dangerous, physically impossible or difficult or prohibitively expensive. This can be calculated point during a continuous action. When you chart a flight to a destination you fill the fuel to reach the final destination. Once you cross the halfway point the pilot knows the flight is current at a state of point of no-return. There is no enough fuel left to come back to the original departure point.
