I want- I want- I want………. Every day you hear people saying what they want.
Let me tell you what we want..............we want people who are:
Unloved to experience the love of Christ
Uneducated to be educated….
Unskilled to be skilled….
Poor in spirit to be filled with God’s abiding presence….
Morally deaf to hear the Good News of Christ….
Sick in our community to be healed…
Homeless to find food and shelter….
Without family ties to be a part of the Family of God….
Unconcerned about their neighbor to start caring for one another
We are the Church in the heart of the nation with the
nation in its heart! but we can never do these things without your help.
The word of the Lord declared through the Prophet Isaiah, saying (6:2, 6-7)
For To Us a Child Is Born
The people walking in darkness have seen a great light;
on those living in the land of the shadow of death a light has dawned.
For to us a child is born, to us a son is given,
and the government will be on his shoulders.
And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
Of the increase of his government and peace there will be no end.
He will reign on David's throne and over his kingdom, establishing
and upholding it with justice and righteousness
from that time on and forever.
The zeal of the LORD Almighty will accomplish this….
May the Lord continue to bless you and keep you safe.
